Refund & Transaction Policy
Commercial Finance Protocol | United States | Effective April 2026
This Refund and Transaction Policy ("Policy") governs all financial interactions and purchases made on the Yandaz Platform within the United States. Yandaz USA Inc. provides digital advertising, promotion, and marketplace connectivity services. Because our services are intangible and fulfilled immediately upon payment, we operate under a Strict No-Refund Policy, subject to the limited exceptions and state-mandated consumer protections detailed herein.
1. Irrevocability of Digital Goods
Purchases of "Boosts," "Top Ads," "Featured Listings," or "Business Subscriptions" constitute the purchase of digital advertising visibility. In accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and federal digital commerce guidelines, these services are deemed "fully rendered" at the moment the promotional feature is activated on your listing. Visibility is a non-returnable asset. By initiating a transaction, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal expires once the service delivery has commenced.
2. Limited Exceptions for Refund Eligibility
Yandaz maintains absolute discretion over refund approvals. We only consider refund requests or service credits in the following narrow circumstances:
Systemic Technical Failure
A confirmed server-side error that prevented a paid promotion from being displayed to any users for more than 24 consecutive hours. This excludes local device issues or ISP connectivity problems on the user's end.
Clerical Billing Errors
Proven duplicate charges where the exact same service for the same Ad ID was billed twice within a 30-minute window due to a payment gateway synchronization error.
Account Compromise
Verified unauthorized transactions resulting from identity theft, provided the user has filed a police report and notified Yandaz within 24 hours of the charge.
3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
If you enroll in a "Yandaz Business Monthly" or any recurring subscription plan, the following terms apply:
- Automatic Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing" section of your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a pro-rated refund for the remaining days in the current cycle.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Strict Non-Refundable Conditions
⛔ No Refunds Shall Be Issued For:
- Violation of Community Standards: If an ad is flagged and removed for selling prohibited items (narcotics, weapons, adult services, etc.), all associated fees are forfeited as a penalty for breach of contract.
- Unsuccessful Sales: Yandaz sells advertising reach, not a guaranteed transaction. Failure to find a buyer or dissatisfaction with the offer prices received is not grounds for a refund.
- Early Ad Deletion: If you delete your ad because the item sold quickly, the remaining duration of the boost is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different ad.
- Mistaken Purchases: Claims of "accidental clicks" or "unauthorized use by a minor" are not eligible for refunds under our security protocols.
- Market Fluctuations: Changes in the marketplace or price adjustments by Yandaz after your purchase.
5. State-Specific Consumer Rights
California Residents: Under California Civil Code § 1689.6, you may have specific cancellation rights if our service is deemed a "personal service" contract. However, as an advertising platform, Yandaz services are generally exempt once the ad is published. If you believe you have a right under CA law, contact our legal desk.
Other States: Residents of states with specific "Buyer’s Remorse" laws (e.g., Ohio, Florida) should note that these typically apply to door-to-door sales or health club contracts and do not extend to immediate digital advertising fulfillment.
6. Fraudulent Chargeback Policy
Yandaz considers "Friendly Fraud"—the act of disputing a legitimate charge for a service that was provided—as a serious offense.
- Automatic Blacklisting: Any account associated with a bank dispute or chargeback will be immediately and permanently banned. All current ads will be deleted without exception.
- Collection Actions: We reserve the right to engage third-party collection agencies to recover the original debt plus a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs imposed on us by banking institutions for processing the dispute.
- Credit Reporting: Unresolved fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to national credit reporting agencies, which may impact your credit score.
7. Billing Dispute & Audit Process
Users wishing to dispute a charge must follow this protocol before contacting their bank:
- Notice: Send a detailed email to billing@yandaz.com with the subject "Billing Audit Request."
- Evidence: Provide the Transaction ID, the date of the charge, and an explanation of the error.
- Resolution Time: Our financial audit team will review the request within 5 business days. During this time, your account must remain in good standing.
- Credits: In many cases, Yandaz may issue "Yandaz Credits" rather than a cash refund. These credits have no cash value and can only be used for future platform services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any financial disputes arising from this Policy that cannot be resolved through our Billing Audit Process shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, as outlined in our Master Terms of Service. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit regarding billing or refund practices.
Yandaz USA Inc. is a PCI-DSS compliant entity. We utilize industry-standard encryption to ensure your payment data is never stored in a vulnerable state.
