US Billing & Financial Policy

North American Operational Terms | Effective: March 23, 2026

This document governs all financial interactions with Yandaz USA Inc. By purchasing Premium Services or utilizing our digital credit system, you agree to these terms, which are designed to comply with United States federal and state financial regulations, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA).

1. Premium Visibility Infrastructure

The Yandaz USA platform utilizes an advanced algorithmic placement system for commercial listings. These services are optimized for the North American market to ensure maximum ROI for professional sellers and individual users alike.

🚀 Hyper-Boost Technology

Automated re-indexing that moves your announcement to the primary view of regional search results. Frequency depends on the selected tier (Hourly, Daily, or Weekly cycles).

💎 Spotlight Placements

Exclusive "above-the-fold" real estate. Spotlight ads are prioritized in Google Search indexing and internal Yandaz search results within a 50-mile radius of the listing zip code.

📊 Pro-Merchant Suite

Subscription-based access for high-volume dealers, including bulk upload tools, inventory syncing via API, and advanced lead analytics dashboards.

2. Payment Methods & Compliance

We process all transactions in United States Dollars (USD). Our payment stack is built on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure to ensure the highest tier of security.

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Digital Wallets: Integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for accelerated checkout.
ACH Transfers: Available exclusively for Pro-Merchant enterprise accounts for balances exceeding $500.00.

Security Note: Yandaz USA does not store raw CVV or full PAN data on our local servers. All sensitive data is tokenized by our authorized processors (Stripe/PayPal).

3. Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

Consistent with digital service industry standards in the US, all sales of Premium Services are final upon the successful deployment of the advertisement to our live production servers.

3.1 Non-Refundable Events

Early Sale: No prorated refunds are issued if an item sells before the expiration of a 30-day "Spotlight" or "Boost" cycle.
Editorial Removal: Fees are forfeited if a listing is removed for violating Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or Yandaz Community Standards (e.g., fraudulent items, prohibited substances).
Buyer Performance: We provide exposure, not guaranteed sales. Variation in market demand does not qualify for a refund.

3.2 Chargeback Mitigation

Initiating a "friendly fraud" chargeback through your banking institution without first attempting to resolve a billing error with our support team will result in a permanent Account Blacklist across all Yandaz global domains and the reporting of the incident to merchant risk databases.

4. Digital Credit Ecosystem (Y-Credits)

Y-Credits are a proprietary digital unit used to simplify micro-transactions within the platform. They are intended for use in purchasing visibility boosts and profile enhancements.

Valuation: 100 Y-Credits = $1.00 USD.
Non-Transferability: Credits are tied to the specific Registered User ID and cannot be transferred, traded, or sold on secondary markets.
Dormancy: Under US Escheatment laws, account balances inactive for more than 3 years may be subject to state-specific reporting. However, Yandaz policy expires credits after 24 months of account inactivity.

5. Taxes & Reporting

Yandaz USA complies with state-specific sales tax requirements. Depending on your nexus/location, sales tax may be applied at checkout. Pro-Merchants earning substantial revenue through the platform are responsible for their own 1099-K reporting if applicable under IRS thresholds.

6. Enterprise & API Billing

For high-volume commercial entities (Dealerships, Real Estate Groups), Yandaz offers "Post-Pay" invoicing. These accounts are subject to credit approval and Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms. Failure to remit payment within 7 days of the due date will result in an immediate suspension of all active inventory listings.
